We are looking for our next Supply Chain Manager! 

Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Employment Type: Fixed Term, full-time position during parental

Immedica Pharma has experienced remarkable growth in recent years, and we are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to further strengthen our Global Supply team.
From our headquarters, the Global supply team coordinate GMP and GDP operations across a growing international product portfolio of partner and MAH products within rare and niche medicines. As Supply chain manager, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable end-to-end supply execution in close collaboration with contract manufacturers, wholesalers, and internal stakeholders, support ongoing product launches and portfolio expansion.

Job description and responsibilities

As our new Supply Chain Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for developing, harmonizing, and maintaining stock strategies for finished goods to ensure adequate stock levels and deliveries
  • Participate in new implementation and phase-out projects
  • Lead regular follow-up meetings with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors
  • Compile and analyze forecast updates from local affiliates
  • Provide forecast updates for contract manufacturers and other suppliers
  • Initiate and drive supply-related improvement projects initiated by Immedica or external parties
  • Manage replenishment of finished goods to distribution warehouses
  • Investigate distribution-related deviations and initiate change requests related to transport and warehousing
  • Plan the purchase of APIs for our contract manufacturers
  • Document and develop new written procedures within Supply Chain

Experience and competence

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience with GDP and outsourced operations is particularly valuable. 
Completed post-secondary education is required (e.g., associate degree, BA/BSc, vocational training, or equivalent) with education in a relevant field considered a plus. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.

Personal Qualities

You are independent, ambitious, clear, and thorough. You thrive in managing multiple matters simultaneously and are an effective communicator who enjoys working on both internal and external projects. You have strong collaboration skills, enjoy taking on new challenges, and are highly driven. The ability to structure work, gather information, and investigate new tasks is highly valued. You will report to our Head of Supply.

Job description and responsibilities

The Junior accountant role includes:
•    Accounts Payable
•    Accounts Receivable
•    Payments
•    Bank reconciliations
•    General ledger accounting
•    Reconciliations in connection with month-end closing

Experience and competence

•    At minimum, an upper secondary school diploma in Economics
•    Strong Excel skills
•    Experience in practical accounting is considered an advantage
•    Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
