When did you join Immedica and what is your role? 

I joined Immedica in April 2022 and work as a Senior QA Manager at our headquarters.

Why did you choose to join Immedica? What attracted you the most with the company? 

Immedica is a small company which is growing and developing rapidly. I felt there would be a great possibility to use my previous experience but also develop in new areas and be part of an exciting journey. The company’s rare disease focus attracted me as well.

What would you say is the biggest difference working for a Big Pharma company as you have done previously to now work in a significantly smaller company? 

The biggest difference is how close all functions collaborate which means that I get much more insight into the whole business. Another clear difference is the agility in which a small company can operate. New ways of working and improvements are implemented so much quicker!

Like all others in the company, I encounter new situations and challenges frequently. The Immedica company culture, demonstrating trust and empowerment, strongly supports me in being solution oriented and creative rather than cautious and defensive.

What do you love the most about your job? 

The team spirit at Immedica. I really enjoy being part of a team that is committed to succeed in bringing medicines to patients, but also the possibility to influence and make a difference.
