Stockholm, Sweden - May 13, 2025 - Immedica today announces the publication of its Annual & Sustainability Report for 2024, highlighting a year of strategic transformation and continued commitment to improving the lives of people with rare diseases.

The report outlines several key developments, including a revised ownership structure backed by investment firms KKR and Impilo AB, and the establishment of a U.S. commercial hub-signifying Immedica's expansion into the world's largest pharmaceutical market.
