Immedica appoints Johannes Fabó as Chief Financial Officer
Stockholm, Sweden, November 2, 2026 – Immedica today announced the appointment of Johannes Fabó as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Johannes will join the company on 4 November 2026 and become a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Johannes brings extensive experience spanning finance, strategy and operations from both the healthcare and industrial sectors. Most recently, he served as CFO at the Swedish health-tech company Cambio, a leading provider of electronic health record systems used across the Nordic healthcare sector. Prior to Cambio, Johannes held senior finance and operational leadership positions at Munters, a Nasdaq Stockholm-listed global leader in climate control solutions, following an early career at Boston Consulting Group where he advised pharmaceutical companies.
The appointment follows a recent evolution of Immedica's leadership structure, with Simon Falk, previously CFO, taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, Simon will lead corporate operations and operational excellence across areas including manufacturing, supply and logistics, IT and systems, facilities, ESG-related matters and AI implementation.
"Johannes brings a strong combination of strategic insight, financial expertise and operational understanding. As Immedica continues its growth journey, expands its portfolio and advances multiple launches, his experience will be highly valuable in supporting the company's next phase of development," said Anders Edvell, Chief Executive Officer of Immedica.
