Our Code of Conduct sets the foundation for a sustainable organization and operations. We have a separate Code of Conduct for our partners and that, in combination with our newly launched Sustainable Third-party Collaboration Policy, facilitates sustainable sourcing.

SpeakUp

During 2022 we established our whistle-blower hotline SpeakUp. The hotline is available internally as well as externally and zero cases were reported during the year.

Continuous revision and training

Expansion into new markets and the introduction of new products and employees into the company require continuous revision of policies, systems and training to ensure that high standards are maintained. Compliance and governance is introduced to all new employees and included as a topic in Immedica’s induction program. XX per cent of eligible Immedica employees completed the Code of Conduct training in 2022 and XX per cent completed the GDPR training.

Patient safety and quality

Patient safety and quality is at the core of our business and is part of a medicine’s journey from development and into real-world use. Our safety and quality organization focuses on collecting, evaluating, and minimizing errors and adverse effects associated with our medicines.

Every Immedica employee takes part in the Product Safety Training which is executed on a regular basis.
